Hello again, friends! You know what it is: We're back with another round of soul-shatteringly delicious spectacles of beer sorcery, each dazzling in both its rarity and its irrepressible crushability. This month's first special release installment features a transcendently tasty new entry in our cider lineup, a couple of the crispiest lagers imaginable, a straight-up BANGER of a West Coast IPA, and some of the juiciest and most refreshing haze-beasts we've ever been responsible for.
OH, and should you be in the market for some caffeination of the highest fathomable caliber, you'll be thrilled to know that we're offering two seriously rad single origin coffees this sale. One in bean form, and the other in a boxed bag of ready-to-pour cold brew. Whether you're partying with your quarantine pod or throwing down a remote work marathon, these are extremely choice options.

RADIX: WICKSON CIDER AGED IN SAUVIGNON BLANC BARRELS
We fermented Oregon-grown Wickson apple juice with an all-star lineup of our house funky saison cultures before aging the whole shebang in Acacia wood Sauvignon Blanc wine barrels for 7 months and conditioning with champagne yeast. The result is an funky, complex, and utterly lovely adult beverage that’s a testament to just how cool the cider world can be.

TENTBIER (COLLAB W/ HEATER ALLEN)
This collaboration with the homies at Heater Allen is a take on a traditional Festbier. Brewed with a nearly-even blend of Vienna & pilsner malts and a sprinkling of Munich & Carabohemian, the beer was then hopped with a dash of German Tettnang. The result is pretty much liquid gold, with beautiful notes of honeysuckle, allspice, and light biscuit, and a touch of hazelnut on the nose.

MOSAIC HEDGE WITCH DIPA
This Mosaic-forward take on our beloved Hedge Witch DIPA is a more-than-worthy addition to the series, exploding onto the palate with delightfully assertive notes of mango, tangerine, and peach, balanced by just enough pine to keep the fruit party from getting out of control. Pour some into your sauciest glassware, put your feet up, and prepare to congratulate yourself on your beer choice.

POLY RYTHMO DRY-HOPPED W/ TETTNANG
Prepare to experience critical levels of refreshment. We brewed this Italian-style pils with Weyermann's Bohemian Pilsner malt and a sprinkling of Carafoam before hopping with some lovely German Tettnang & Hallertau Mittlefruh hops and lagering at 32 degrees. The end result is both insanely quaffable and delightfully complex, with notes of biscuit, orange peel, black tea, and fresh floral undertones. We’re pretty hyped on it; here’s hoping you are, too.

EXTRAORDINARY TIMES: WEST COAST IPA
This translucent and brain-bendingly tasty beer was hopped to hell and back with Idaho 7, Crystal, Mosaic, and Citra hops. GALAXY SKY PARTY! DIPA
Brewed to commemorate our rooftop party-lair in Portland, this hazy juice-beast was loaded with massive amounts of Galaxy, Nelson, Citra, & Amarillo. The result of this extremely choice hop-combo is a beer bursting with peach, passionfruit, pineapple, & mango, rounded out with notes of bright, fresh citrus. Prepare to be ensorcelled.

NELSON DRY-HOPPED STRATOS DIPA (COLLAB W/ ALVARADO STREET)
We originally joined forces with our friends at Alvarado Street to cook up this massively flavorful hazy DIPA, and this time around, we’ve significantly upped the ante via a liberal dry-hopping of some extremely choice Nelson hops. This 8% mega-refresher boasts a big, bright tropical bouquet and notes of citrus & gooseberry, making for essentially the perfect summer bookend.
