Monk’s Cafe Grand Cru Coming From Brouwerij Van Steenberge

Monk’s Cafe Grand Cru Coming From Brouwerij Van Steenberge
This morning we have a new bottle coming from Brouwerij Van Steenberge in Ertvelde, Belgium for our very own Monk’s Cafe in Philadelphia, PA.  This is Monk’s Cafe Grand Cru and it will be a blend of 3-year aged and freshly brewed triple ales.  Just before bottling, a “high-fermented lager” will be blended in to reach the “approachable” AbV of 5.5%.  Your looking at the 11.2oz bottle and stay tuned for more information.
