Southern Tier 3XIPA Coming In Jan 2019

This morning we get a peek at a new beer coming in 2019 from Southern Tier Brewing in Lakewood, NY.  This is 3XIPA and this really-imperial IPA will hit 9.5%-AbV.  You’re looking at the 12oz bottle and according to Southern Tier, this beer will be released in Jan 2019:

Coming January, 2019… Sure, we have a history of making big IPAs. We could write a list of them – and it would be long – but that’s not what this is about. This is about something new, although it’s not a trendy new beer style. This is a high gravity, hoppy, bitter Imperial India Pale Ale, beyond IPA, past 2XIPA, into rarified world of…3XIPA.
