We heavy-handedly dry hopped this beer with Mandarina Bavaria, a daughter of Cascade, bred at the Hop Research Institute in Hull Germany. Madarina Bavaria features strong notes of Mandarin orange, making Volume 4 a showcase of orange-forward citrus. On tap at the Drake's Barrel House andDrake's Dealership starting January 8th.
