MODIST BREWING INTRODUCES ‘HARD MILK’ – BECAUSE MILK DESERVES AN UPGRADE, TOO

Minneapolis, MN

– April 1, 2025 – Modist Brewing, the brewery known for redefining beer as we know it, has once again taken innovation to absurd new heights with the release of Modist Hard Milk.

Clocking in at 5% ABV, Hard Milk is a surprisingly smooth, slightly sweet, and questionably protein-packed beverage that challenges everything we thought we knew about dairy.

“At Modist, we’re always asking ourselves, ‘What’s better than water?’ And this time, the answer was obvious—milk,” said Zach Potts, Modist’s self-appointed Resident Milk Salesman. “Better than soft? Hard. And so, Hard Milk was born.”

While the concept may seem like an April Fools’ joke (and let’s be honest, it kinda is), Modist Hard Milk is very real and available today only in the taproom for those daring enough to try it.

Modist Hard Milk is limited, weird, and probably a terrible idea—but that’s never stopped us before. Stop by the taproom today and experience the future of dairy… before it disappears forever.
