I do prefer clear text in the body of the e-Mail rather than PDF files since the PDF files contain all sorts of special characters that require extensive editing to remove. Also, under the pet peeve category, please don’t use all UPPERCASE in your headline or content.

We also maintain a Beer Calendar using Google Calendar.  If your brewery also uses Google Calendar, please share your calendar with us and we will push all of your events into our calendar.
