Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights The Georgia Boot Core 37 Waterproof Work Boot

I’ve always found with work boots that the better they perform, the worse they look. I’m never sure if this is a functional thing or just how the boots are designed, but I’m happy to say that today I’ll be reviewing a boot that has all the features you’d want in a work boot, but it actually looks good as well.

I’m talking about the Georgia Boot Men’s Core 37 Waterproof Work Boot, and I think you’ll agree that it’s fashionable and functional too.

First up, let’s talk features. The Georgia Boot Core 37 is waterproof and breathable (100% guaranteed) and they are EH Electrical Hazard ASTM rated. If that’s not enough, the Georgia Boot Core 37 boots also feature:

  • Georgia waterproof system
  • Steel shank
  • Full-grain leather upper
  • AMP (Advanced Memory Polyurethane) insole
  • Antiqued brass hardware
  • 6 Inches in height
  • ASTM F2892 electrical hazard standard
  • High performance mesh lining
  • Weight: 2.6 pounds per pair for a size 10
  • Cement construction
  • Heat, chemical, abrasion, and slip-resisting Carbo-Tec Rubber outsole

Before we go too far, I should highlight that these boots simply look great. The dark brown leather and contrasting light stitching on the black sole make the boots fashionable, and the matching laces look great as well. The boots have a Georgia Boot brand embossed in the leather on the heel, and a prominent black band that highlights the waterproof logo…these are good looking boots!

Right out of the box, the Georgia Boot Core 37’s feel like I’ve been wearing them for years. The fit is accurate and the AMP (Advanced Memory Polyurethane) insole feels soft and supportive. The lacing system features 3 eyelets, a banded loop and two hooks making them comfortable as well as easy to put on and take off, especially with the leather heel loop.

Of course my first test involved getting the boots wet, and I can confidently say that even my flat feet (that run really hot) were dry and comfortable. I can also say that even on a slippery wet epoxy floor, the boots remained grippy and secure and as good or better than any other boots I’ve tried on that floor.

Despite how sturdy they look and feel and despite how rugged the leather is, these boots are actually pretty light weight. At 2.6-pounds per pair, the boots feel really light and comfortable. I also really like the generous padding around the ankle collar. This made the boots feel even more like they’d be comfortable even after a long day of work.

Overall I’d say the Georgia Boot Men’s Core 37 Waterproof Work Boot do an amazing job of being a really feature-rich and functional work boot and also being a boot that looks great too. The waterproofing, breathability, non-slip soles and AMP insoles also make the Core 37 a really comfortable boot as well. The Core 37 is functional, fashionable and comfortable and it’s a boot I know you will love… so get out there and try the Georgia Boot Men’s Core 37 Waterproof Work Boot for yourself.
