This momentous occasion marks a significant milestone making Biscayne Bay Brewing the first-ever brewery and taproom to open in Downtown Miami.
Jose Mallea and Nick Bonfiglio have chosen this bustling cityscape as the backdrop for their newest location. Just four years ago, Downtown Miami was on the cusp of a thrilling new era of which Mallea and Bonfiglio wanted to be a part and pioneer a new era for the beer industry. In this dynamic and promising landscape, it becomes clear why Biscayne Bay Brewing was a dream in the making. Owners swiftly secured a lease at the iconic Historic Old Post Office Building four years ago, recognizing the opportunity to become the first brewery and taproom in the area.
