Tuesday, December 6:

Brewmaster's Limited Release, Single Barrel, Rare, One Off, Things We Like to Drink But Aren't Always Commercially Viable Cellar Series

For the second edition of our new beer-centric series, we couldn't resist the cherry funk. Funky Cherry Christmas, an Old Ale Aged in Chardonnay Barrels with Cherry and Brettanomyces will be the featured beer for the evening, and this event will be your first opportunity to enjoy this special release on draft.

We'll tap the beer at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 6, and we'll also have a few special food items available for the evening that were crafted specifically to pair with the beer. At 6:30 PM, our Brewmaster Aaron Inkrott will speak inside our restaurant to talk about the inspiration behind this brew.

This time around, we'll have a very limited number of 500 mL bottles of Funky Cherry Christmas available for purchase starting at 5:00 PM. Please note, while this is one of the beers included in the presale above, preorders will not be available for pickup during this event.
