Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights Widmer Hefe Portland Timbers Edition
If you’ve read my posts before, you know that one of my favorite early craft beers was Widmer Hefeweizen.  I first sampled one after hiking to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park, so the flavor and the feel of this classic Hefe will always make me happy.

Just before Christmas 2018, I sampled Widmer Brothers Hefe in the new Portland Trail Blazers cans so if you want to read about how much I love this beer, be sure to click here.

Today we’re sampling the same beer, however it is now wrapped in the new Portland Timbers Soccer 16oz packaging.  This 16oz can celebrates Widmer Brothers extending their partnership with the Timbers for another 4-years…of course the can also celebrates Widmer’s 19-year relationship with the Timbers as well.

The Timbers can looks great and it will be available now through the end of the 2019 Timbers season at Providence Park as well as outlets in the Pacific Northwest.  I can’t wait to pop one open and enjoy the next Timbers game.  The full story of these cans is here and as always, I encourage you to get out there and revisit Widmer Brothers Hefe for yourself.  And when you do try it (and love it) again…be sure to let us know what YOU think.
