Jester King Releasing Double Dry Hopped IPA with Sabro, Citra & Ekuanot Cans

Jester King Releasing Double Dry Hopped IPA with Sabro, Citra & Ekuanot CansFrom Jester King:

Today at Noon we're excited to release Jester King Double Dry Hopped IPA with Sabro, Citra & Ekuanot!

Our DDH IPA is brewed with a base of Silver Star Two Row from Blacklands Malt, malted wheat, oats, and and buckets of whirlpool hops. We dry hopped it twice — first with Sabro, Citra, and Ekuanot pellets, and again with Sabro cryo. It's fermented with Voss Kviek yeast (aka "The Fruity Norwegian") from our friends at Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio. We selected Voss Kviek to try to encourage as much bold fruit character from biotransformation of hop compounds during fermentation. We like the dry finish from this yeast strain as well!

Jester King DDH IPA was packaged on April 9th, 2020 and is 6.7% alcohol by volume. It's now available to go from our curbside pickup in four packs of 16 ounce cans. Four packs are $16. We have about 200 cases available. Right now, there's no limit.

Our curbside pickup is open everyday from 12-8pm selling beer, pizza, wine, merch, and groceries. Order online (https://www.toasttab.com/jesterkingbrewery/v3) or call 512-661-8736.
