Westbrook Releasing Mexican Coffee Cake!, XXXtra Spicy Mexican Cake and Triple Chocolate & Vanilla Swirl Mexican Cake 8/17From Westbrook:

If so, mark your calendars for Saturday, August 17th when we will be releasing the 2019 edition of Mexican Coffee Cake! For this year’s version, we are taking mounds of beautiful espresso beans from Tandem Coffee Roasters and then totally ruining them by putting them into a beer. Just kidding? Actually we are doing the coffee infusion a little bit differently this time so we’ll see what happens! This one should be a little bit heavier on the vanilla than previous releases as well.
And since you’ve all been waiting so patiently since June for this release (well at least 2 or 3 dudes on Facebook have) we decided for the first time ever to bottle and release two additional Mexican Cake variants!
XXXtra Spicy Mexican Cake is for all the heat addicts out there. We took the most BRUTAL assortment of fresh and dried chilies we could find – including but not limited to: dried habanero, fresh jalapeno, dried ancho, dried guajillo, and fresh Carolina Reaper and steeped them in the beer. Seriously it’s spicy – you’re gonna scream for the cream.
If that’s not your thing, the Triple Chocolate & Vanilla Swirl Mexican Cake should do the trick. Cocoa husks and two varieties of cocoa nibs plus a huge dose of vanilla beans are added to the base Mexican Cake stout. Prepare for ultimate flavor!
There will be no tickets, wristbands etc. – just show up. We will have plenty of rarities on tap and
@pubfarechs will be here all day serving up their delicious burgers.
All three Mexican Cake variants will be $20 + tax per 22oz bottle.
Bottle limits and full tap list will be announced early the week of 8/12.
