Coney Island Celebrates Asbury Park’s Founder With A Tale Of Two Tillies

Coming to us from Coney Island Brewing in collaboration with Boston Beer / Asbury Park Brewery, today we have A Tale Of Two Tillies.  This IPA is brewed to celebrate the founder of Asbury Park and Coney Island Park; George “Tilly” Tilyou.  Nearly a century later, on the same day, within the same year, both breweries opened their taprooms.  To celebrate, they will be collaborating on this IPA brewed with NJ & NY-grown hops.  The beer will hit 6%-AbV and it will be packaged in 16oz cans.  Stay tuned for release details.  We also have the non-collaboration Tilly Rabbit Berliner-style Weisse brewed with lemon peel, lactose, grape, tangerine and raspberry (5.5%-AbV, 16oz cans), fsociety IPA (5.9%-AbV, 16oz cans), Hectaweizen (6%-AbV, 16oz cans) and the non-collaboration The Illusionist blonde stout aged on Café Grumpy coffee beans (7%-AbV, 16oz cans)imageimageimageimage
