Modern Times in San Diego,
CA. This is
Modem Tones Date Shake Edition and it will be an imperial stout aged in Sherry barrels with dates, walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon. The beer is “named for an infamous auto-correct error” and
Modern Times recommends this beer is best consumed at 55-degrees. Look for Modem Tones DSE to hit 14.4%-AbV & 45 IBU and you’re looking at the 22oz bottle. Stay tuned for
release info. We also have Modem Tones imperial stout double-aged in Bourbon and apple Brandy barrels (14.4%-AbV, 22oz bottles).
