Modern Times Announces March Releases

March is going to be so frickin' rad. This month's lineup of rare and ridiculously tasty special release beers is absolutely stellar, even by our exacting standards. We have a collection of hazy juice-bombs, fruited marvels, and dark, decadent awesomeness that's virtually guaranteed to find a place in both your fridge and your heart. We'll give you an in-depth look at these bad boys next week, but here's the lineup:

Temple of Ruin (hazy IPA w/ Simcoe & Mosaic--collab w/ Burial Beer Co.)
Hedge Witch: 2019 Edition (hazy DIPA w/ Citra & Amarillo)
Mist Dragon (hazy lager w/ Perle & Nelson--collab w/ Humble Sea Brewing Co.)
Dream Pop (super-fruited hazy IPA w/ pineapple, vanilla, & blood orange)
Pharaoh Ascendant (imperial dessert stout w/ coffee & vanilla)
Wizard & Graf, Chapter 2: Rosé Edition (house-culture-fermented ale with Basque & Vermont apples & cab franc grape skins--collab with Shacksbury Cider)

PREPARE YOUR SOUL for a west-coast-spanning weekend of rare & delicious beers, plus a dazzling array of saleable oddities of the dark, unconventional, and occult varieties. It all goes down the third week of March, starting with our Ides of March parties in PDX & DTLA on 3/14 and culminating with our Dark Market at the Fortress of Raditude in SD on 3/16. Let's get into it.
The Ides of March (Dankness Dojo & Belmont Fermentorium on 3/14) will feature a slew of dark, rare, and hella-tasty beers alongside some metal AF food specials and a music playlist to match. We'll have more details on the exact beer & food lineup coming soon, but for now we'd suggest marking your calendars for an evening of soul-shatteringly good times. Corpse-paint is not required, but certainly not discouraged.
The Dark Market will be making its debut at our Fortress of Raditude in San Diego on 3/16. We have summoned San Diego's finest purveyors of delightful oddities to lay out a bounty of beautifully bizarre wares, which you'll be able to peruse with a tasty coffee or adult beverage in hand. This coven of off-beat creators will gather from 12PM-4PM, so if you need to stock up on any occult essentials before the next full moon, this is your golden opportunity.
