This 5 Mar 2019 update from Shiner:

Stop and smell the rosé - introducing Rosé Pale Ale, the newest limited-edition seasonal in Shiner's elevated Brewer’s Pride Series - available just in time for Spring.

Brewed in collaboration with Kiepersol Vineyards in Tyler, TX, this wine inspired ale was aged in wine barrels for a layer of oak flavor and complexity. The brew features

‘Idaho 7’ hops with stone fruit, sticky pine aromas and notes of earthy black tea and offers an oaky dry finish.

Rosé Pale Ale is the second collaboration that Spoetzl brewery has pushed out with a fellow Texas-based brand within the past few months. In September, Spoetzl Brewery launched a small-batch barrel-aged brew to their line with fellow Texas craft brand Balcones Distilling.

Shiner's Rosé Pale Ale is available while supplies last for a suggested retail of $10.99 per six-pack. The ale is also sold as a larger 'bomber' at select retailers.
