Aprècot, will be the newest addition to our rotating limited release series and will be available in 4pk 12oz cans as well as draft.
"The idea for the cider came from the wild apricot trees that grow along the side roads and valleys near our Hotchkiss, Orchard.' Says Founder Brad Page. 'Pairing tart juicy apricots and our fresh-pressed hard cider was an idea that was just too hard to pass up."
Coming in at 5% ABV this refreshing fruited cider will be our second entry into the fruited cider style in cans, following the year-round release of Cherry Glider in cans last year.
"Fruited ciders are one of the fastest growing categories in the cider industry, with cider's affluent, young, and diverse consumers looking for new exciting flavors without the sweetness of the large industrial ciders." Says Page.
Apèrcot will come in with 9g of sugar, a tart dried apricot character, and will be available through July. It will be the perfect cider to take after a day of fishing, hiking, camping, or Spring skiing and will be promoted alongside the hashtag #AprècotEverything.
