This morning we’re bringing you your first peek at another new beer coming to The Woodlands Project from SweetWater Brewing in Atlanta, GA. This is Cambium and it is an American wild ale fermented with saccharomyces, brettanomyces & lactobacillus in an American oak foeder. The beer will hit 6.2%-AbV and it will be bottles on 12/1 in 375ml bottles (900 cases). Stay tuned here for release info.
