On Wednesday, August 30, we are pleased to release Civil Disobedience 21.

Civil Disobedience, our nonviolent protest against the homogenization of flavor, comes in the form of a spontaneous, circumstantial and unpredicted series of beer releases. We relinquish control in favor of an anarchistic collaboration of microbial activity. This is the expression of our conscience, our opposition to oppression and an act of creative freedom.

Civil Disobedience 21 is composed of beers from a diversity of barrels ranging from 10 to 25 months of age—including Anna, Elaborative 4 and a mélange of Leaves of Grass—then bottle conditioned for over 10 months, resulting in a delicate yet complex beer that represents its individual elements as a seamless panorama.----
