This is The Sun Session Saison from New Belgium Brewing.  This beer is part of the Beers With Vrienden series and it is a collaboration with Mason Ale Works.  This ale is brewed with lemon, lime, orange & grapefruit and it will come in at a very sessionable 3.4%-AbV.
