Burial Beer Cold Moon Winter Coming 12/31 & The Keepers 12/26

Along with Book of the Dead Belgian Cherry Stout aged in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels, we are releasing the FINAL beer in our year long Moon Series on Thursday, December 31.

A rich winter ale aged on sage and cedar tree adorned with sweet grass braids, gold wax and an original poem by Eddie Cabbage. Sage, Cedar and Sweetgrass and are 3 of the 4 sacred medicines (the 4th being tobacco). $16/750ml. Limit 2 per person. Small batch release.

All bottle sales will take place at the back bar. We will have staff on hand to manage the line and move things along quickly.

In 6 days on Saturday December 26 at 2pm, we release The Keeper's Veil Honey Saison in 750ml bottles. $10/bottle. Label art by @davidpaulseymour Brewed with honey and a medley of dried flowers including chamomile, hibiscus, passionflower, elderflower, lavender and rose petals.
