Each summer, our entire staff congregates atop a historic mountain overlook to pitch beer styles for the next year’s Brewhouse Rarities series of small-batch, limited releases. Inspiration comes from all around us and concepts come from all areas of our brewery, from packaging to accounting to marketing to our brewers themselves.
There were 92 unique, never-before-brewed beer styles pitched at this year’s Brewhouse Rarities staff retreat. And then, there were 8.
2016’s Brewhouse Rarities series will include:
- Tropical Stout
- Cold-Press Coffee Porter
- Mint Julep Ale
- White Peach Saison
- Berliner Weiss
- Hibiscus Grapefruit Radler
- Bee Beer
- Sea Salt Caramel Brown
If 2016 now feels entirely too far away, find solace in a Juniper White IPA, our current Brewhouse Rarities release, and our soon-to-be-released India Pale Lager, Spiced Pear Ale and Smoked Belgian Stout.
