Niagara Brewing Company will open its doors to the public in spring 2015, offering innovative and refreshing brews crafted in celebration of Canada’s rich brewing heritage and quality locally-sourced ingredients. While visiting Niagara Brewing Company, guests will have the chance to indulge in delicious beer flights and pair the brews with tasty appetizers, fresh from the brewery’s kitchen.

Leading the Niagara Brewing Company team is Brewmaster Gord Slater, a veteran of the brewing industry who has played an integral part in the design and commissioning of more than 60 breweries across North America. Under his leadership, Niagara Brewing Company will bring a brand new and innovative experience to Niagara’s burgeoning craft beer scene.

“Craft beer has experienced a recent surge in popularity that can attributed to fresh, local, and more diverse flavours, which we will be embracing and showcasing at Niagara Brewing Company. Craft breweries offer special experiences that bring people closer to the beer making process and allow them to indulge in unique and flavourful brews, which we look forward to providing at Niagara Brewing Company” says Sarah Vazquez, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Falls Avenue Resort.
