We're releasing TWO Scratch Beers today! Both of these will hit tap lines in the Tasting Room at 11am. The first, Scratch #158 - Belgian Style Pale Ale, was brewed with Abbey yeast to impart hints of apple and light spices. We also dry-hopped with Willamette to add a lively bouquet of fresh-cut flowers, sweet fruit and earthy spices. 4.4% ABV and 29 IBU. The second, Scratch #159 - Kölsch, was warm fermented then cold conditioned (or "lagered") to bolster the fruity attributes present in the yeast strain. This crisp, refreshing ale features hints of white grape, spiced apple and citrus fruit. 4.8% ABV and 26 IBU. Availability: draft and growler fills only.
