From Against The Grain:
Against The Grain Brewery & Beer Engine (both Kentucky breweries) collaborate on an interpretation of ‘stock ale’ . The Brettish Bulldog, as its lovingly known, is an Old Ale by style, but conditioned out with Brettanomyces to create a touch of sour and funk, which coalesces with the dark fruit and cocoa flavors that are commonly attributed to an old ale. Clocking in at 8.2% abv this ale is hitting the market in 500mL singles that can be found in limited supply. Cheers!
