Summit Brewing Union Series - Southern Cape

Here’s an upcoming release in the Summit Brewing Union Series of beers.  This beer is named Southern Cape and is is a Sparkling Ale. Look for Southern Cape to use Waimea hops from New Zealand and Southern Passion hops from South Africa.  This beer will be packaged in 12oz bottles and come in at 4.4% ABV and 47 IBU.
