Two Roads - Via Cordis Abbey Blonde (Sacred Heart University)

Here’s your first look at a new brew coming from Two Roads Brewing.  This beer is called Via Cordis and it is an Abbey Blonde Al brewed in celebration of Sacred Heart University.  This beer was co-brewed with professors from Sacred Heart University’s biology department, it uses a centuries old yeast strain used in monastic brewing and proceeds will benefit the the scholarship fund at Sacred Heart.  Via Cordis translates to “Road to the Heart” and the beer will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 5.5% ABV.
