From The Bruery:
1. Saison Tonnellerie: This Friday we will be releasing bottles and draft of Saison Tonnellerie -- our newest installation in our Preservation Society series. This Belgian-inspired saison ale was 100% fermented in oak barrels and flaunts a rustic character akin to the Saison beers of the Belgian countryside with hints of citrus zest, white pepper and a clove-like earthen quality. Growlers of will be available for our Reserve Society members.
2. Humulus Palm: For those of you that missed this Humulus Palm -- our 8.3% ABV hoppy ale spiked with tons of coconut -- this past weekend, we are suspecting that we might run out this weekend. If you're planning on trying this limited batch out make sure to get here sooner than later!
3. Anniversary Month Festivities: May is quickly approaching and it is time to start thinking about how to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We have a fun filled month planned -- an awesome First Firkin Friday offering, specialty flights, rare draft pours, and randall treatments. We'll also be bringing back a very limited quantity of a different beer from archives each day. Make sure you watch our Facebook and other pages each day to know what's coming so that you don't miss out.
