(Honeoye Falls, NY) CB’s Brewing is not only releasing their Mannix 13% Belgian Quad Saison, but also using the second runnings to make a 3.8% ABV beer to be named Xinnam. Both beers will be released on draft and Mannix also in 22oz bottles as part of their signature series. In addition, CB’s is un-caging their Caged Alpha Monkey and taking it on the “Uncaged Tour 2013.” The tour celebrates the 2nd anniversary of Caged Alpha Monkey and launches on 12/28 @ the brewery. The brewery will tap Caged Alpha Monkey and Oak-aged Caged Alpha Monkey at each stop on the tour. Tour dates & details:
