Mystic Brewery “Three Cranes Cranberry Saison” Has Begun

I’ll admit that this beer simply sounds really good and I can’t wait to try it.  This from Mystic Brewing:

We are back from Clover Hill Farms where we picked up 200 lbs of cranberries fresh from the farm this week. One of the three native fruits from New England, cranberries harvested direct from the source seemed to us ideal for a naturally made, seasonal New England saison. But as such, its going to take a while for the beer, Three Cranes Cranberry Saison, to be ready. No extracts added, no rushing, all naturally carbonated...we are really excited about this one.
