Central Waters Scotch Ale Now Being Bourbon Barrel Aged

Just a tidbit, but a tasty tidbit for sure.  Central Waters Brewing just posted this picture of their Scotch Ale being added to Bourbon Barrels.  Based on their other bourbon-aging, I’d say these are Heaven Hill barrels.
