Here’s a new brew called Hopivore Michigan Wet-Hopped Harvest Ale from new Holland. As you may have guessed already, this beer uses fresh Michigan hops to wet-hop the beer only hours after the hops are harvested. Hopivore will be packaged in 12oz bottles and I suspect we will see it soon.
