It’s been a single-hop sort of day, so I thought I’d continue on with a new beer from our friends at Flying Dog (Frederick, MD). Today we have their new 12oz 10% ABV, 70 IBU Centennial Single-hop Imperial IPA. “Plucked from obscurity and thrown into the spotlight.” Centennial hops…”with huge floral and citrus notes, they are the triple threats in the hop world: bittering, aroma, and flavor.” Can’t wait to try this one, and I do expect to see it in PA in May.
