De Proef Sly Fox Brewing Broederlijke Liefde (Brotherly Love) Brewmaster’s Collaboration

Here’s your first look at the De Proef Sly Fox co-brew called Broederlijke Liefde Saison.  This is the 5th version of the annual De Proef Brewmaster’s Collaboration co-brew, but because this one involves out local friend Brian O’Reilly from Sly Fox Brewing, look for it to appear at the Philly Beer Festival and be available in PA.  This brew will be packaged in 750ml bottles (and 30-litre kegs) and come in at 8% ABV.  Broederlijke liefde translates to Brotherly Love (i.e. Philadelphia the City of Brotherly Love) and as I mentioned already it will be released during Philly Beer Week 2011.  The brew uses a saison yeast as well as a Brett yeast, as well as Syrian Goldings hops to hit their 8% ABV and 37 IBU.
