Chip the Beer Guy – Breaker Brewing Co

breakerbrewingquietcanary Today the Chip the beer guy show featured the guys from Breaker Brewing Co and their Quiet Canary Farmhouse Saison-style ale.  With the build-out of their new brewing system and the time it’s taken for Mark & Chris to catch back up on brewing, it was nice to finally hear them back on the air.  The guys have been burning the midnight oil to learn their new brewing system and catch back up with the demand for their beers.

Today the guys brought their Quiet Canary Saison-style to sample on the show.  We had a chance to taste the first batch of Quiet Canary back in April and it was a real easy drinking beer, and a slightly milder ABV than the name may imply at 7%.  It was also interesting to hear the new combination of voices on the new show…although I’ll admit I miss Ruthie.  Cheers and bacon-donuts guys….
