A Brewery in Dallas, PA?

Dallaschurchsign I’ve heard from more than a few sources that there is a brewery application in process in Dallas PA.  The location is just off Country Club Rd (a home of course) but details are still trickling in.  I do know the address and homeowner, but I’d rather not publish any of that in case the details are either false or extremely preliminary.  Given that we all love beer and we all have a friend who brews at home, I suspect someone out there knows more info.  If so please drop me an e-Mail  mybeerbuzz@gmail.com

    To quote Shakespeare, "The better part of valor is discretion." Don't publish anything until you get permission, but I hope it's true! Is that sign genuine? Gotta love the juxtaposition, especially since the Methodists were the primarily religion that drove the Prohibition movement!

    On second thought, maybe they're already organizing a campaign against the Dallas brewery?!?

    You bet Sam. I don't plan to out anyone even though it is a public application process. You'd be amazed at how many times I HAVEN'T published some amazing local beer news to protect a confidence....only to have someone else publish it of course. And no the sign is not real but the info is true.
