I brought you the details of Budweiser Brewmaster’s Project 12 back in July. This series of brews are zip-code based and will feature a beer & brewmaster from various AB/InBev locations. I brought you 80524 (Fort Collins, CO) and now today we have five more: 63118 (St Louis, MO, 6% ABV—A deep golden Pilsner brewed with hop varieties used at the St Louis brewery in the 19th Century—Jim Bicklein), 13027 (Baldwinsville, NY, 7% ABV—a bright golden lager brewed with eight hop varieties & finished on beechwood chips—Nick Mills), 23185 (Williamsburg, VA, 5.5% ABV—lager aged on bourbon staves & vanilla beans—Daniel Westmoreland), 43229 (Columbus, OH, 6% ABV—a light-amber lager featuring eight different hop varieties—Kevin J. Lee) & 91406 (Los Angeles, CA 6% ABV—a deep amber lager brewed with 2-row & caramel malts & finished on beechwood chips—Bryan Sullivan). These are just the first few so stay tuned for more updates to this thread.
