A Lager for All Seasons
Seasonal offerings changes, and beer styles come and go, but day in and day out Pilsner remains a dependable favorite here in the Pacific Northwest.
Our Czech-style Pilsner is a clean, crisp, and bright lager with a bready character and quite a few medals to its name. True to tradition, it balances floral and spicy hops with a hint of malty sweetness. It’s great on its own, delicious with food and well-suited for entertaining with 6-pack and 12-pack options.
When was the last time you picked up some cans of our Pilsner?
A Toast to an Industry Legend
Over the weekend we bid farewell to Larry Rock, one of our longtime colleagues and a beer industry vet here in Seattle. He’s earned his retirement, but we're sure going to miss him around here, and couldn't let him go without a little liquid tribute. Fittingly for a man who's also a talented musician, we improvised on a traditional Bock recipe (one of his favorite styles) by adding an unconventional hop for a tropical accent note.
Golden-hued and medium-bodied with aromas of grapefruit, earthy tea, honey, and bread dough, Rock Bock is every bit as interesting and inimitable as it's source of inspiration. Visit us in Ballard or Fremont to grab some cans while they last!
A Little Monday Magic
Looking to add some adventure to your weeknight routine? Celebrate the act of gathering and play the game of Magic on Monday nights at our taproom in Fremont.
These fun, informal meetups occur every other Monday night from 6 – 9:00 p.m. with the next one falling on March 31st. Bring a friend, make new ones, and enjoy our selection of delicious food and drink! All ability levels are welcome.
Win a Chance to Brew With Us
Homebrewers: Consider this your reminder. We are accepting entries to our 2025 Pro-Am (Lagers, IPAs, and Dark Beers) until this Saturday, March 29th.
Every entry in this BJCP-certified competition will be blind tasted and judged against official style guidelines—but only one homebrewer will earn Best in Show and the opportunity to brew their beer at one of our Ballard production facilities.
Even better? The winning beer could be entered in the Washington Beer Awards and the Great American Beer Festival. Don’t wait—get those beers bottled up this week!
