Seattle’s favorite rotating Hazy IPA series now has a permanent place on the shelf
SEATTLE, WA – After 61 unique releases over the past seven years, Fremont Brewing is excited to announce the launch of a year-round version of its fan-favorite Head Full of Dynomite Hazy IPA (HFOD). Since debuting in 2018, the Head Full of Dynomite series has embodied Fremont’s passion for hop innovation, evolving every six weeks with new hop blends, malt profiles, and techniques. With this new permanent release, Fremont Brewing is distilling the best of HFOD’s experimental history into a single, dialed-in recipe that stays true to its roots—hazy, juicy, and packed with tropical flavor.
“Our goal with HFOD has always been to push the boundaries of what a Hazy IPA can be, and after 61 different versions, we’ve landed on something we felt is particularly special—something worthy of standing on its own,” said Matt Lincecum, Founder and Owner of Fremont Brewing. “This is the culmination of years of creativity, brewing ingenuity, and hop-forward exploration. We’re excited to be able to offer a year-round HFOD out in the wild.”
The new Head Full of Dynomite Hazy IPA boasts a 6.8% ABV and pours a hazy light orange, releasing an aroma that is slightly dank and tropical forward with notes of mango, pineapple, and papaya, followed by orange, melon, stone fruit, florals, lemongrass, honey, pine, and light cereals. The flavor profile balances mild sweetness with a gentle bitterness, creating a smooth and refreshing finish.
Crafted with 2-Row Pale, White Wheat, Wheat Flakes, Malted Oats, Rolled Oats, Carapils, and Vienna malt, and featuring a hop lineup of Mosaic Incognito®, Idaho 7®, Idaho 7 Cryo, Cashmere Lupomax®, and Chinook, this beer is a love letter to Fremont’s deep-rooted commitment to hop-driven excellence.
