Block 15 Cosmic Coldbrew Returns

Cosmic Coldbrew

Cosmic Coldbrew is Back at Block 15

We partnered with Bespoken Coffee Roasters to boost our 6.00% Nebula Oat Stout deep into space. Our custom Flame On Blend perfectly pairs decadent baker's chocolate and caramel roast with a rich cup of java.

Using cold brew coffee as inspiration, we added 120 pounds of freshly roasted whole coffee beans to Nebula at the end of fermentation. The time the beer rested on the beans gave it an unmistakable high-quality espresso flavor.

You can find Cosmic Coldbrew at Block 15 locations in Corvallis today and, starting next week, around the Pacific Northwest at your favorite beer bars and bottle shops through Block 15 Distribution.

Introducing, the 2025 Selection Series

Selection Series IPA

We’re excited to share this year’s Selection Series starting March 7th at our locations. Each fall during the hop harvest, we travel to Yakima, Washington, for the finest hops. Through a blind process, we evaluate hops from multiple farms and regions and select the perfect representation of each variety for our programs, often bending what is commonly assumed about the varieties.

2025’s Single Hop West Coast IPAs:

Centennial from CLS Farms in Moxee, Washington

Citra from B.T. Loftus Ranches in Yakima, Washington

Simcoe from Double ‘R’ Hop Ranches in Harrah, Washington

Strata from F&B Farms in Woodburn, Oregon
