St. Bernardus & Weihenstephan Collaborate On Kombine
This morning I have your very first peek at an exciting new collaboration coming from St. Bernardus in Belgium. This is 2025 Kombine and it will be a collaboration with Weihenstephan that will be an unfiltered Helles blond beer that will be bottom fermented without bottle fermentation—while still staying true to the German Reinheitsgebot rules. The beer uses Weihenstephan yeast and a hop blend from both breweries. Look for Kombine to hit 6%-ABV and it will be packaged in 11.2oz bottles. Stay tuned for U.S. release details. zzubreebym
