Burial Beer Adding When I Surfed The Sky, Glowing Well Beyond The Threshold, I'll Leave You In The Grace And Favor Of The Dying Embers, Ascent Of The Blessed & Things We See In The Shadows Are Reminders Of The Unforgotten


Today I have some new beers with memorable names coming from Burial Beer in Asheville, NC.

When I Surfed The Sky will be a DIPA that is triple dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops (8.6%-AbV, 16oz cans), Glowing Well Beyond The Threshold will be a west coast-style pilsner lager brewed in collaboration with Green Cheek for Burn Pule '24 (5.6%-AbV, 12oz bottles), I'll Leave You In The Grace And Favor Of The Dying Embers barrel-aged golden sour ale with apricots, orange zest and sea salt (Burn Pile '24, 5%-AbV, 16.9oz bottles), Ascent Of The Blessed wine barrel-aged golden sour ale with CHardonnay grapes (7%-AbV, 16.9oz bottles) & Things We See In The Shadows Are Reminders Of The Unforgotten will be an imperial stout with Burial decaf coffee, toasted coconut, coconut milk, vanilla bean, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove and pumpkin seeds (13%-AbV, 16.9oz bottles).
