Fresh Hop Season is Here!
The first release from Gigantic drops this Tuesday!
We’re kicking off fresh hop season with Centennial Fresh Hop IPA, brewed with stunning Centennial hops from Crosby Farms in Woodburn, OR. This IPA bursts with vibrant citrus—think lemon, lime, and fruit-forward aromas that only fresh hops can deliver.
Coming up this Friday the 13th, we’re unleashing our Fresh Hop Pilsner. Crafted with the finest Tettnanger hops from Gayle Goschie’s farm in Silverton, OR, this pilsner offers a soft, bready malt profile with floral notes and a spicy wet-hop bite. The Germans wish they could brew like this. (Also this Friday 13th, join us for a special Gigantic Smashburger+Danish Pork Sandwich+Pretzel Pop-up at the Brewery Taproom. Details below)
And finally, a fan favorite returns next Tuesday, September 17th—Sodbusted Simcoezilla Fresh Hop IPA. For 12 years, we’ve partnered with Sodbuster Farms in Keizer, OR, to handpick the best Simcoe hops, known for their bold grapefruit and pine aromas. Simcoezilla is a timeless classic for a reason—it’s just that good.
Be the First to Taste Our Fresh Hop Beers! All three Gigantic Taproom locations will have them on tap first. Swing by for a pint and don’t forget to grab some cans to enjoy at home! You can also find our fresh hop releases at select grocery stores, bottle shops, and top-notch bars throughout Portland.
Our Gigantic Hawthorne kitchen has earned a reputation for mouthwatering eats like our Gigantic Smashburgers, Danish Pork Sandwiches (inspired by the flavors we discovered in Copenhagen), and warm Pretzels. And for one night only—this Freaky Friday the 13th—we’re bringing these fan-favorites to the Gigantic Brewery Taproom!
Join us from 3-8 pm (or until sold out) to get your hands on these delicious bites. Don’t miss your chance to indulge!
