New beers! Craft Beer Week!! SUMMER!!!
We're halfway through Lexington Craft Beer Week, and even if you're not in Lexington, our newest releases are on shelves and on tap at our other locations! Check out the snapshot below
We're loving Country Western Vol. 12, our annual collab with Country Boy Brewing -- 'Spaghetti Western' Italian Pilsner. It's lightly dry-hopped with czech saaz and hallertau mittelfruh; balanced, refreshing and craveable, y'all! Make sure you grab a 4-pack of 16oz cans at either taproom before they are gone!
Did you see that Strawberry Kolsch is BACK?! We always see this beer as a sign of summer ahead, and it's tasting better than ever -- always brewed with real fruit. As Tim says, it's almost like you can TASTE the seeds of the strawberry. YUM.
We've got more amazing brews on tap, including Tomodachi Koji Rice Lager, our collab with The Void Sake Company in Lexington. It's brewed with Koji rice prepared by the Void (what they would typically use in making sake) and insanely crisp. This really is a light beer that everyone can get behind!
TOMORROW in Lexington, don't miss our pop-up in Woodland Park from 4-8! We'll have Country Western & Strawberry Kolsch on tap, West Sixth Cantina will be there, and the weather looks great! We're also pumped to see Louisville folks at Tyler Park at our Olmstead Parks Pop-up next week on Friday 5/24. It's drinkin' beer outside season!
Speaking of beers and the outdoors, West Sixth Farm is adding Thursday back into taproom hours starting next week, 5/23! Join us Thursdays 5-9, Fridays 4-10, Saturdays 12-10 and Sundays 12-8!
As always, we'd love to see you on a weekly tour, at Trivia in Lexington & Louisville (Sundays at 5), or any day in any of our taprooms for a pint!
Cheers,
Kelly & the rest of the West Sixth Team!
