Happy Earth Day!! Our Kentucky spring has been beautiful and busy; we're ushering in seasonal favorites, hitting the pavement with our KY Events Team, and experimenting with new beers! We've already seen many friendly faces at events and in the taprooms - as always, thank you for your support.
April has already been flying by, and we're not slowing down anytime soon! Transylvania Tripel, a fan favorite, is releasing on Tuesday 4/23 in taprooms! The return of this big Belgian brew is always a moniker for springtime - grab some this week!
This Friday, we'll have a small batch of Pink Lemonade returning for our sour-loving friends, and today we're tapping "NuZu" in Louisville & Lexington - a pale wheat ale brewed with ginger and yuzu. Plus, Louisville friends should plan to stop in for the Shoku Club Pop-Up today from 5-9pm in the NuLu Taproom! We've worked together on a menu that pairs perfectly with the Nuzu brew!
Make sure to stay tuned and mark your calendars for Lexington Craft Beer Week happening May 10th-19th -- lots of fun releases happening that week, including our annual Country Western collab with Country Boy! If you haven't yet, you are gonna want to join our Happenings email list to stay up to date for LCBW, and events in taprooms and around the state throughout the year!
Did you hear? Our ever-refreshing seasonal Spring brew, Sun Shade Wheat is back, and the West Sixth Farm is open for Spring hours Friday - Sunday! It's a great time to go drink a beer outdoors on the weekends, hike the trails, or play a little disc golf. 10/10 recommend the Sun Shade + West Sixth Farm combo -- but you can do one or both, we don't judge!
See you soon! Recycle your cans, invite your crew on a tour, and find us at an event around the state!
Cheers,
- Kelly & the rest of the West Sixth team!
