Redhook Announces IPA Daze & Big Juicy Ballard

IPA Daze is finally here! Join us at Redhook Brewlab  to celebrate 4/20 weekend with a wide selection of IPAs at Brewlab. The weather report is forecasting perfect patio-beer weather and the IPAs are ready to pour, including the all new Big Juicy Ballard Imperial IPA!

Entry is free and we’ll be running on a token system all weekend. Whether you’re looking to enjoy some patio hops in the sun, taste the IPAs from our guest taps, or if you’re looking to catch DJ Jewel’s set from 7-10pm, we’re excited to welcome you in for one of our favorite weekends of the year!

Enjoy delicious pizza and snacks with your IPAs at Chef Shota Nakajima’s Kobo, inside Redhook Brewlab, including his Japanese Chicken Wing special!

Extra crispy skin glazed in a sweet and savory sauce with ginger, garlic, mirin, sake, brown sugar, soy sauce and black pepper. Garnished with togarashi and scallions. Side of nori ranch and Koji hot sauce.
