ALLENTOWN, PA – January 11, 2024, Allentown based HiJinx Brewing Company has announced they will be opening an additional location at Sports Factory of the Lehigh Valley, located at 6616 Ruppsville Road, Allentown, PA 18106.
“We’re expanding into this new location to bring the fun and friendly HiJinx vibe to the western part of the Lehigh Valley,” said Curt Keck, Owner & Brewer at HiJinx Brewing Company. The brewery will be in good company with Advantage Baseball Academy, Rookies and Rarities and All-Star Grill, all part of the multi-sport indoor turf facility.
Additionally, patrons can count on live music, trivia nights, cornhole tournaments and disc golf in the new location. A rotating draft line, specific to the location, and PA produced canned cocktails and wine will also be offered. HiJinx’s Grand opening is set for Saturday, January 27th. with operating hours Monday - Thursday 4:00 – 9:00 PM, Friday 4:00 - 11:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 – 11:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 – 6:00 PM.

About HiJinx Brewing Company
The concept for HiJinx began in 2007 when the founder, Curt Keck, was brewing up a batch of homebrew and imbibing in his garage with some friends. One of the group suggested that he open up a brewery to share the product of his passion with the masses. After some coaxing, and a few more pints, Curt agreed and said that the brewery needed a name. He insisted that the brewery have a name that spoke to the HiJinx that took place in his garage. There was a simultaneous eureka expression on the faces of everyone present… and HiJinx was born.
In early 2011 the licensing process began and in November of 2011 it became official. Brewing began on a 1 barrel brewing system in the very same cozy 400 square foot garage where the idea was born. After brewing there for 2 years The HiJinx crew made the decision to expand and share their beers with a larger audience. In 2014 HiJinx Brewing Company made the move and is now located in a 4000 square foot facility, located within the Allentown Economic Development Small Business incubator, and producing on a 10 barrel brewing system. There is also a tasting room that allows the craft beer lover to come to the source and try the delicious HiJinx beers.
