About the Beers

First, we will release the Super Nebula bourbon barrel-aged series, including Super Nebula, Super Nebula Breakfast with Willett, Super Nebula Cherry Dog, and Kriek. Bottles will be available in limited quantities at select events, including our Brewers Dinner on 2/2, Curated Pairing & Open House on 2/3, and Bottle Release on 2/3.

Some events require a ticket to attend, which will be made available mainly through our newsletter and Bourbon Month HUB page.

About the Bourbons & Stamp Books

Over the month, we’ll be featuring 18 different specialty bourbons and whiskeys at both Corvallis Block 15 locations and Caves Corvallis. The list features the likes of King’s County Straight Bourbon out of Brooklyn, NY, and Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond from Kentucky and is curated by Goodwin herself! One specialty bourbon selection of the eighteen bourbons will be released each Monday for three weeks and will only be available that day.

2024 stamp books will be offered to track which bourbons have been savored, with a party and prize for those who taste through them all. Get your stamp book at either location!
