Boulevard Brewhouse One Release: Gin Barrel-Aged Spruce Tip Ale Coming Soon

Just in time for the holidays, we present our latest Brewhouse One Release: Gin Barrel-Aged Spruce Tip Ale.

A quintessential holiday ale, this wintry brew pours a vibrant and cheery light brown with a medium body. High carbonation creates a beautiful frothy head that lingers in the glass, sending up aromas of pine and spruce with juniper and sweet aromatics. Moderately sweet with light bitterness, accompanied by a gentle umami character that helps to dry it out on the finish. In addition to the pine and juniper, seasonal spice character is abundant, with hints of allspice, clove and stonefruit esters, with light berry notes on the finish. All in all, the perfect beer to bring to a party!
