In 2022 we brought WET back to the Beer Hall. In 2023, we’re bringing it back to the rest of the Surly footprint.
Our renowned wet-hopped IPA returns to shelves this week in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans. This year’s edition utilizes IQF (individually quick frozen) technology from Yakima Chief Hops to freeze and pelletize wet hops, with a blend of 301 Cryo Wet Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic in the mix to maximize the fresh hop-harvest flavor and aromatics. Look for notes of grapefruit, mango, orange, and pine, along with a grassy hop bouquet. Thank you, science.
This limited edition is available to all Surly markets. Don’t let it sit in the back of the fridge. Drink it fresh. It’s worth it.
